PROJECT - INTRODUCTION LEVEL

Target Audience: Anyone new to working with databases

Topics include:

  • Apply the Successful Project Management techniques using MS Project

  • Learn how to use the Weighted Average Time technique 
  • Learn how to create and manage capital, expense, and labor budgets
  • Identify critical paths and slack time within your project
